Allison Brooks – Executive Director

Allison is a high energy, confident professional with an infectious enthusiasm that can transform any team! With more than twelve years in healthcare, she is a skilled communicator able to establish rapport with members of diverse groups and promote team cohesiveness. She has an unparalleled ability to own her position as shown by her ability to effectively coordinate tasks and people to accomplish projects and continue business development while overseeing all day-to-day operations.

After graduating from Wellesley College in 1995 with a Bachelor’s in Arts, she went on to operate her own multi million dollar business for more than 5 years before moving to the beach to enjoy a more relaxed lifestyle and focus on raising her children. She then entered the healthcare field as an Office Manager and eventually Administrator of a busy Eyecare practice in DE and Washington DC. This experience led her to Tiffany and Silver Lining in 2015. Her sincerity for others, incredible ability to respond under pressure and people management skills make her highly effective in her role.

Jason Brooks – Director of Partnerships and Growth

A United States Air Force Information Technologist for 10 years, Jason brings a sincere work ethic and constant drive to keep improving. After attending Delaware State University and working a variety of career fields, he chose to apply his talents to something he is passionate about: people. Jason carries with him unparalleled sincerity and veritable charm that most can’t resist. He has a natural ability to make anyone comfortable in any situation and can pry a smile out of even the toughest of customers. Since his start at Silver Lining in July of 2017, he has doubled professional referral source revenue and continues to develop an outstanding reputation in the community through great follow-up, excellent rapport building skills, and out-of-the-box thinking.

Personally, Jason’s proudest accomplishment is that of husband and father. He loves to spend time with his family, play poker, and travel to warm destinations.

Amy Clark BSN, RN, Certified Dementia Practitioner – Clinical Director

Amy Clark is a Registered Nurse who began her journey with Silver Lining in 2014 in a variety of client-focused roles. She has been a nurse since 2008, with experience in long-term care, neurology and rehabilitation nursing. Amy practiced as an Licensed Practical Nurse before becoming a Registered Nurse with her Bachelor’s degree, receiving her certifications/degrees from Polytech Adult Education and Wesley College, respectively. In June 2018, Amy joined the HeartTeam as Director of Nursing.

Personally, Amy was and continues to be a business owner, with experience in managing a team. She has been a floral designer since she was 16 and continues to design flowers for weddings and special events. In addition to her nursing education, Amy has a Bachelor’s of Science in Plant Science from the University of Delaware and loves to garden. She enjoys traveling to England to visit her stepchildren and traveling to new places.

Hannah Loftus – Executive Coordinator

Hannah is a behind-the-scenes team member who is ready to assist you with all things payroll and billing related! She joined our team in the summer of 2013, and after three years, relocated to California – where she ended up coming back to us in a remote role in July 2019. Her attention to detail and love for organization have made her an asset even as she works part-time from her home in a different time zone! Hannah also dedicates many hours to swimming, biking and running as part of her training as a triathlete, and she is passionate about volunteering with Girls on the Run Napa Solano.

Tansheika Smith – Client Journey Specialist

Tan is a hardworking, dedicated, ambitious, reliable professional who has a passion for helping anyone in need. Currently a Certified Nursing Assistant, looking to finish her degree in Nursing, she definitely has the experience to deliver expertise. Being a devoted caregiver gives her the ambition to go beyond a CNA and help make our clients journey the best they can find, beginning with their first phone call to Silver Lining. She strives to make it possible for them to be able to come in the doors of a company knowing that they can experience our core purpose “Live life to the Fullest”.  Personally, Tan enjoys spending as much time as she can enjoying her family.
